We are an independent provider of training, auditing and consultancy services to all organisations working with children, families and young people.
iKidz provides a completely bespoke service to it’s clients; specialising in the development and training of branded play and sports activities, holiday provisions, birthday parties and fitness programmes for children of all ages.
The key to success with activities for children and families is to always keep the brand, products and staff fresh; with this in mind iKidz has developed the ‘Cycle of Seven’ and uses this with clients to establish both the short and long term needs of the business. Some clients will need support in all seven areas, others may be struggling in just one or two, either way iKidz will personalise it’s approach to the needs of each client.
Design: working with the client to establish their need, researching the market and developing one or more products that match the financial requirements of their business.
Build: once the product concept has been born iKidz will produce the necessary operations manuals, policies, procedures, session plans and marketing campaigns ready to launch.
Recruit: from writing the job descriptions and person specifications to helping to find and interview the right staff to bring your concept to life.
Train: through bespoke developed training courses iKidz will make sure your staff know how to consistently deliver programmes in a safe, educational and above all fun way!
Launch: from supporting staff on their first day to a large scale launch with national press expectations and celebrity endorsements, iKidz will work with you to plan and deliver the launch that helps you achieve your specific business goals.
Retain: by providing update training and ongoing programme/product developments iKidz will ensure that your customers keep coming back and your staff keep wanting to teach.
Support: client needs change and business focuses can shift, through audits and support visits iKidz will ensure that your team gets the back-up they require allowing your managers to keep driving other more pressing business areas.
